You can pay your order at Neu Blanc through direct entry into our account at CaixaBank.
By this payment option and once completed your order, you will see the account number. This account number will also be sent in the order confirmation email. It is essential to indicate the order number or the name of the customer who placed the same for faster checkout.
If payment is made by bank transfer, the customer should be aware that the order will be shipped when we receive the amount in our bank account. This can cause a delay of up to 3 business days to ship the order.

2- SHIPPING & RETURNS.
Neu Blanc deliver your order by courier agency in 48h service, for orders always arrive at your destination quickly and in perfect condition. Orders will always be sent to an address.
Orders paid by Transfer / Check bank will be sent when we receive the amount in our bank account. This can cause a delay of up to 3 business days to ship the order.
The minimum order for free delivery in the form of shipping is 75€. Orders not exceeding 75 € will be borne by the purchaser. These shipping costs will be 5€ for Spain, except Community of Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Neu Blanc not be held responsible for the use of inaccurate or misleading information by our clients, including customer errors that have been committed at the time of register and derivatives not update data from the client.
This electronic contract is concluded under the Spanish legislation and in particular under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE)
Neu Blanc works to your satisfaction with your purchase and therefore if the product is defective, broken, or has been damaged during the transport, you can return the product in its original packaging and all accessories, assuming Neu Blanc shipping costs that are generated by the delivery of the product and return the same. The return of open or soiled products will not be accepted.
If after making a partial return of an order, this would result in less than the required to be considered as free shipping, the customer must bear the costs of shipping the same amount generated. Also borne by the customer shipping costs if when you make a partial return the order does not reach the amount for expenses paid.

The delivery may be delayed for several reasons. If we don’t have any of the products you order, we will inform you as soon as possible the delay and would offer a similar product. If you want you can expect to have available material or cancel the order.
If your order has not begun to be processed, you only need to inform us of your modification or cancellation by email and will have no cost to you. Remember never pull the packaging of products to check that they are in perfect condition.
Before opening any products, please verify that all matching products you ordered (model, color, size, finish, etc …), making an immediate payment, in case there is an abnormality. In case of failure in any product, please do not remove it from its original packaging.
Cancellation of Orders:
Orders are considered firm once our software sends an email confirming the acceptance.
Orders may be canceled immediately after it was made, and before it is sent at no cost to you. If your order has left our warehouse and you do not want your order, you will have to pay for the costs of shipments both coming back.
